Group settings
In Organization Management Module in WFO that allows administrators to set up different hierarchies to manage users from a single, unified, Web interface., under Hierarchies, the Group Settings page lists all existing groups.
When a group is selected, the settings for that group are shown.
| Setting | Description |

| Name | Name of the group. Every group name in the system must be unique. You cannot duplicate a group name, no matter where the group is created in the hierarchy. | 
| Description | Information that identifies use or purpose of the group. | 
| Group Type | Can be selected for groups that are child groups of the root group. To have a group activated in the Interactions Product that assists contact centers increase operational effectiveness and improves the customer experience through full-time recording, powerful quality monitoring, compliance/liability management, rich reports, and an intuitive, dashboard-style interface. and Analytics system, QM must be selected as the Group Type. When a group other than the root group is selected as the parent, the Group Type shows the selected types for the parent group. These cannot be changed. | 
| Active | When selected, the group is activated. | 
| Members | Lists the employees that can be added to the group. |
