View and Edit Identification Rules

You can view a list of all existing Identification Rules, and edit Identification Rules.

If an Identification Rule is assigned to a Recorder Analytics rule, you cannot edit the Person Type field.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Recording Management. Under Recorder Analytics Rules, select Identification Rules.

  2. To edit an Identification Rule:

    1. Hover the mouse over the Identification Rule you want to edit.

    2. In the Actions column, click the Edit icon Edit icon (or double-click on the rule).

    3. Edit the fields on the Identification Rule configuration screen as needed.

    4. Save.
