Scheduling the creation of the Topology Report

By default, the Topology Report is scheduled to be created automatically once each month and sent to a Verint email address. The Topology Report is created on the day of the month on which the system was installed. For example, if your system was installed on March 17, the Topology Report is created on the 17th day of each month.

You can change the schedule of the automatic creation of the Topology Report.

When you change the schedule of the automatic creation of the Topology Report:

An XML version of the report is created automatically at the time intervals you specify.
The finished report is automatically zipped and sent as an email attachment to email addresses that you specify. The report is also sent to a Verint email address for storage.

The SMTP Settings on the Enterprise Settings screen must be configured for the Topology Report to be sent in an email.
